Day One
"Can we pretend that airplanes in the night skies are like a sleeping lodge? I could really use some sleep right now, sleep right now, slee-MOVE YOUR ELBOW FROM MY ARMREST, BITCH!"
Hiii fellas :D I'm alive, why yes I am! And no, nobody's going to kill me cuz I just haven't had time to update, shush :P And at Khyati's suggestion, I've decided to make this a travelogue for the next couple of days :D
So where am I?
I'm in the US of A! (and no, I won't break into he miley cyrus song. yet :P)
Right now, we're in Houston, and I'm in love with this place already! :D But coming here was the most TIRING activity ever, EVER! We boarded at midnight on Friday, landed in Amsterdam after eight hours, had a four hour stopover, then nine hour fight till Houston. In the process, we crossed million time zones so even though time as moving ahead, we were moving backwards in it! SO COOL! B)
Also, at the Amsterdam airport, I think I saw a couple of thousand people wearing "I heart Cannabis" t shirts, it was the most amazing sight ever. That, and tulips. Everywhere. Signboards, mugs, magnets, on windmills, planes, EVERYWHERE! :O
But the airport was beautiful! They even had a lounge with the most comfortable seats ever, where you could just sit and grab a book form the airport library and just.. chill.
Heaven :D
And then the flight till here was insane. I swear to God, I almost jumped off the aircraft. Never, EVER travel with a seat in the middle, that too in economy. I'm telling you, you WILL become suicidal.
Shudder.
But good thing was, I ended up catching a lot of movies that I hadn't had time to see (I SWEAR I'VE BEEN BUSY THIS MONTH! -.-) and food was good and I was crazily excited and stuff so it was cool :D
And then we time travelled and here we are. My first meal here was a sub (Yes, it's heavenly here cuz the only veg one is Veggie Delite, and the rest is heavenly stuff <3 <3 <3 ) I LOVE THIS PLACE!
I do :)
Plan for today: Go shopping. Yes people, be jealous. I'll loot the shops and return to update about what all happened today, I promise I will :D
