When he was in LA with his girl she would give him directions because he didn’t know the streets. “I love you, take a right”
He goes on to say “10 and 2 are the loneliest sight.” What he means here is that his hand are at 10 and 2 o’clock on the steering wheel. This is sad because he would usually be using one hand to steer and be holding hands with his girl.

In Your Atmosphere's probably one of my most favourite songs ever. I don't know how true this story is, but having meaning to the lyrics is a nice feeling. If you haven't heard this song, here's a link:
